CTSI Acquires Structure Works, Gains International Reach

The acquisition gives CTSI the ability to support customers internationally for the first time while deepening its integration capabilities.

CHANTILLY, Va. — Corbett Technology Solutions (CTSI), a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners, announces the acquisition of Structure Works, a security integrator supporting clients with turnkey design, installation and support of enterprise level card access, video surveillance and alarm systems.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Dover Plains, N.Y., Structure Works serves enterprise customers globally. Specializing in enterprise account turnkey solutions, the company brings skilled project management, installation and support resources to the rapidly growing CTSI security integration line of business.

CTSI, based here, designs, engineers, installs, maintains and manages highly engineered security, fire, nurse call, A/V, collaboration and communication systems. CTSI serves thousands of clients across the United States.
