Dow Technologies Acquires Tech Source Distributors
The acquisition brings new customers and new vendors to DOW, while strengthening the company’s position in the Mid-Atlantic territory.

TAMPA, Fla. — DOW Technologies, an independently owned technology distributor, announces the acquisition of Montgomeryville, Pa.-based Tech Source Distributors.
DOW has acquired certain assets for undisclosed terms and will continue to operate out of the current Tech Source location.
The acquisition brings new customers and new vendors to DOW, while strengthening its position in the Mid-Atlantic territory, according to the announcement.

The company operates eight locations, serving: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
