Portland Safe acquisition grows Everon’s capabilities for banking and financial institutions, commercial and national accounts in northeast.
BOCA RATON, Fla. – Security integrator and commercial security, fire and life safety provider Everon, also known as ADT Commercial, today announced the purchase of Gray, Maine-based Portland Safe, Inc.
This is the second acquisition that Everon has completed in the last month, following the Dec. 6 announcement that it had acquired Kentucky-based Newtech Systems and “indicates the new standalone company is rapidly making strides toward its goals for geographic expansion and meaningful market growth,” according to the company announcement.
“We’re looking forward to welcoming Portland Safe’s employees to Everon and adding their wide-ranging knowledge and expertise to our deep bench of talent,” says Dan Bresingham, chief executive officer, in the Everon announcement.
“We’re excited to have them on this journey with us, setting our sights on a future formed by outstanding service, a commitment to excellence, and identifying opportunities to grow our services and capabilities in the Northeast,” he says.
