Minuteman Security Technologies Acquires Systems Integrator Skynet

ANDOVER, Mass. — Minuteman Security Technologies, a provider of enterprise security technology solutions, has acquired systems integrator Skynet Integrations of Tampa, Fla., for undisclosed terms.
With the acquisition of Skynet, Minuteman becomes Central Florida’s largest independent full-service provider of integrated security, communication and life-safety systems, according to an announcement.
“We are thrilled to welcome Skynet into the Minuteman Florida team. Together we’ll have a strong presence with the largest group of technical talent that region,” says Minuteman CEO Joseph Lynch.
