Mobile Communications of America Acquires S3 Integration

Based in Baltimore, S3 Integration has a geographic presence in Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and North Carolina.

SPARTANBURG, S.C. — Mobile Communications America (MCA), a leading provider of voice, video and data solutions, announces the acquisition of S3 Integration, a provider of integrated security management systems, life safety systems, and IT solutions and services.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Baltimore, S3 is a market leader in the safety and security industry with geographic presence in Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and North Carolina. Established in 1996, S3 provides a complete portfolio of professional services from planning, engineering, implementation, integration, to maintenance of advanced security systems.
