Per Mar Security Services Expands Footprint in Nebraska
The acquired GT Fire & Security of Grand Island, Neb., will be merged with Per Mar Security’s Midwest Alarm Services business.
GT Fire & Security will be merged with Per Mar Security’s Midwest Alarm Services business, which operates an office in Grand Island.
DES MOINES, Iowa — Per Mar Security Services, a leading regional provider of security solutions for residential and commercial clients, has acquired GT Fire & Security of Grand Island, Neb., for undisclosed terms.
GT Fire & Security will be merged with Per Mar Security’s Midwest Alarm Services business, which operates an office in Grand Island.
The acquired company was founded by Gary and Tracy Hesman in 2008. The Hesman’s and the technicians from GT Fire & Security will be joining the Midwest Alarm Services team and will continue to provide service from the Grand Island office.
