Per Mar Security Services Acquires Again in Indiana
Per Mar will service the acquired Monument Electronics’ customers out of its Valparaiso and Griffith, Ind., offices.
The acquired Monument Electronics was founded in 1982, and is a family-owned and operated business serving Northwest Indiana.
DAVENPORT, Iowa — Per Mar Security Services, a leading provider of total security solutions for residential and commercial clients, announces the acquisition of Merrillville, Ind.-based Monument Electronics.
The acquisition for undisclosed terms follows the purchase of Martin Security Systems of Valparaiso, Ind., which Per Mar announced Oct. 14.
Monument Electronics was founded in 1982, and is a family-owned and operated business serving Northwest Indiana. Per Mar will service Monument Electronics’ customers out of its Valparaiso and Griffith, Ind., offices.
“We feel lucky to have been selected by [proprietor] Carol Green to serve her customers going forward. She clearly cares about them, and we look forward to getting to know them as well,” says Per Mar Security Services COO Brian Duffy.
Green adds, “Our family owned business has been providing personalized security services to our valued customers for the past 25 years and we feel that Per Mar will continue that tradition.”
