TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Redwire, based here, has acquired American Alarm & Audio of Milton, Fla., for undisclosed terms.
Ted Frazee, president of Redwire, states the addition of American Alarm & Audio will bring many loyal customers and needed employees to the company.

American Alarm & Audio is family-owned and has operated for more than 25 years, serving Northwest Florida and South Alabama. The company offers a wide variety of security products and services for residential and commercial accounts. The company provides smart home and structured wiring, intercom, plus home audio and surround sound systems.
