Security Alarm Corp. Buys St. Petersburg, Fla.’s All Phase Security

PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. — Security Alarm Corp. (SAC) announces the acquisition of All Phase Security in St. Petersburg, Fla.
The deal marks fifth alarm company acquisition for SAC in the last 15 months, expanding its Florida client base in Pasco, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Manatee, and Sarasota Counties.
SAC, founded in 1979, is a full-service low voltage systems integration company with offices on the Florida Gulf Coast. It installs and services security alarms, fire alarms, camera surveillance systems, access control solutions, and structured cabling serving all West Florida.
