Johnson Controls Sells Power Solutions Division for $13.2B
Johnson Controls Int’l reached an agreement in November to sell its power solutions business, which manufacturers batteries, to investment firm Brookfield Business Partners L.P., in a cash deal valued at $13.2 billion.
