Motorola Solutions Acquires Avigilon for $1B

Motorola Solutions entered into a definitive agreement in February to acquire Avigilon in an all-cash transaction. Under the terms of the agreement, Motorola Solutions acquired all of Avigilon’s outstanding shares for CAD$27 per share.
