Supreme Security Systems Snaps Up T&R Alarm Systems
Along with servicing its existing clientele, Supreme Security has incorporated T&R’s systems and processes into its business practices.
UNION, N.J. — Supreme Security Systems, a leading installing security contractor in New Jersey, has acquired T&R Alarm Systems of Clifton, N.J., for undisclosed terms.
As part of this acquisition, Supreme Security Systems will absorb T&R’s 300 customers in the New Jersey area along with five of the security dealer’s employees.
The acquisition was completed Sept. 23, according to a press release. In addition to servicing T&R’s existing clientele, Supreme Security Systems has also incorporated T&R’s systems and processes into its business practices.
As a result, the company will ensure that its newly acquired customers will receive the highest quality service that is provided to all Supreme Security Systems customers, and can expect a seamless transition under the Supreme umbrella, the announcement states.
Both T&R and Supreme Security Systems share similar values as family-owned businesses that made the acquisition a smooth transition, the announcement states. While the companies differ in the scope and size of their offerings, in addition to their excellence in customer service, both strive to provide convenience and a variety of innovative security solutions to their customers.
