National Guardian Acquires Eagle Security

LONG GROVE, Ill. — National Guardian Corp. of Greenwich, Conn., has purchased St. Louis-based Eagle Security Inc. With the acquisition, National Guardian will add more than 1,600 accounts owned by Eagle Security and another 6,000 accounts monitored by the company.

Bob Levy, former owner of Eagle Security, will serve as general manager of operations in the St. Louis area.

“It’s always an exciting opportunity to open up a new market, but this one is even more interesting because of the quality and presence that Bob Levy and Eagle Security has in the market,” says George Flagg, president and CEO of National Guardian. “We are delighted to have Bob and his team join the National Guardian family.”
