This robust, self-serve interface empowers dealers to easily access and manage all customer sites from the convenience of a web browser, according to the company.
Built to enhance speed and efficiency, the Netwatch web app allows dealers to manage sites from anywhere and at any time. Dealers can verify location and system status, update arming and disarming schedules, and modify critical contacts from a single solution.
The solution is also said to deliver a rich user experience for the end user, providing a clean, modern UI experience where security leaders can quickly and intuitively manage situations and settings on demand.
Whether a partner needs to launch a new site, update alarm response escalation, or verify an incident, Netwatch says its web app dramatically simplifies the management of Netwatch Proactive Video Monitoring. Some of the new features include:
- System health checks continuously monitor all connected equipment and components. A service ticket is raised and routed to the appropriate individuals to address failures when identified.
- End users gain the ability to log in and view PVM-enabled sites. Functions available include viewing cameras, adding zones, modifying alarm parameters and camera zones, adding a visitor pass, accessing incident reports, and more.
- Dealers and end users can track the status of service requests at any time.
- Streamlined audit logs exceed compliance requirements across a variety of industries.
