New Reporting Software Tracks False Alarms

MANASQUAN, N.J.—Monital Signal Corp. has implemented a new account signal tracking and analysis system that provides dealers with comprehensive and categorized false alarm information on their accounts.

The new system, called MONITRAK™, provides Monital dealers—via the company’s MONILINK.COM® on-line information site—concise reports of their customers’ signals received by the central station during the past month by type of signal. The report provides total numbers of each type of incident, a percentage breakdown by type and a visual bar chart for a quick performance review.

The second part of the report provides the same percentage breakdown of all incidents received at Monital during the same period. This allows each dealer a comparative benchmark that can be used to rate his or her own performance.Additionally, the confidential report will provide a list of the dealer’s top 10 accounts sending excessive signals for the period.

“By identifying and alerting dealers to their most frequent offenders, the majority of false alarms can be addressed most efficiently,” says Ray Sacks, Monital’s CEO.To check out the reporting system, log onto www.monilink.com and click on Monitrack Sample Report or call (888) MONITAL.
