ASSA ABLOY Global Group Sets Base
The top management of ASSA ABLOY’s Global Technologies Division (GTD) has moved into a new headquarters in Providence, R.I.
GTD personnel to be located in the newly established facility include Joe Grillo, ASSA ABLOY executive vice president and president and CEO of GTD; Karen Fournier, executive assistant to Grillo; Steve Finney, GTD controller; and Brent Archer, newly appointed GTD vice president of operations.

Panasonic Marks Camera Milestone
Panasonic recently marked a milestone as it sold its one-millionth Super Dynamic cameras.
The camera line was first introduced in the United States in 1997. There are more than 800,000 box-style Super Dynamic cameras and more than 200,000 of the dome and vandal-proof models of the cameras in place worldwide.

GE’s Security Business Sets Up Builder Program
Homebuilders will now be able to gain input from security dealers about consumers’ technology-related concerns through the new GE Builder Program. GE Infrastructure’s Security business introduced the marketing program to educate dealers about everything they need to successfully sell to builders, from product to positioning, display materials, builder tools and branding.
GE says the program will enable builders to capitalize on the company’s branding and, at the same time, address some of their most pressing business problems.

Monitronics Celebrates 10 Years With Move to New Home
Monitronics Int’l is celebrating its 10th anniversary by moving into a new headquarters building in Dallas.
On Aug. 23, Monitronics opened the doors on its new six-story building with a large “Monitronics” sign on top. “We have grown very quickly and stayed focused on what we said we were going to do 10 years ago,” says Monitronics founder, CEO and President Jim Hull.
