WeSuite QuoteAnywhere G2.0 Software Offers Quote-to-Sign Capabilities
The software tool allows sales professionals to handle complete in-the-field quote-to-sign functions via their tablet or laptop.
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. — WeSuite, a software manufacturer of sales management tools for technology sales and service providers, announces the release of QuoteAnywhere G2.0, a fully re-engineered web-based version of its software tool that allows sales professionals to handle complete in-the-field quote-to-sign functions via their tablet or laptop.
Integrated with WeSuite’s CRM solutions, WeOpportunity and WeSuite Go!, QuoteAnywhere G2.0 rids salespeople of redundant data entry and paperwork, allowing them to spend more time engaged in customer-facing activities that drive sales, the announcement states.
The flexible, mobile platform provides powerful and easy-to-use tools designed to spur collaboration with customers in defining project requirements, handle quoting quickly and accurately, and generate proposals, contracts and change orders immediately that are ready to sign, the announcement states.
For more complex projects that cannot be quoted during an initial sales call, QuoteAnywhere G2.0 shares complete estimate information with WeEstimate, updated in real-time. Sales won in QuoteAnywhere G2.0 are immediately available for automated export to integrated financial platforms completing the sales to installation cycle quickly and easily.
As quotes are built in QuoteAnywhere G2.0, all pricing is displayed at the “sell price,” making it possible for customers to observe and collaborate as materials, labor, RMR services and extraneous chargeable items, like travel, equipment rental and permit fees, are added to the job.
An optional, fully integrated Site Survey module helps to visualize the recommended placement of cameras, door readers, sensors and other materials. Site Survey’s digital canvas displays a map, photo or drawing of the job site, onto which materials are dragged-and-dropped. A bill of materials is automatically built based upon the site drawing, to which labor and other charges may be added.
Integration with DocuSign and eOriginal digital signing software allows quotes and contracts to be signed on the spot or sent, signed and returned from within the software interface, completing the sale.
QuoteAnywhere G2.0 is an add-on module to WeSuite’s comprehensive WeEstimate sales estimating software. QuoteAnywhere’s simplified user interface and workflow provides an alternate, is said to provide an expedited means of performing many quoting tasks that have traditionally been handled through WeEstimate.
Full reporting and a robust set of administrative and management functions related to activities handled in QuoteAnywhere G2.0 are accessible through WeEstimate, which provides a sophisticated backbone to the QuoteAnywhere G2.0 interface, according to the company.
“Security integration companies that empower their sales people to spend more time with customers and give them the tools to generate fast and accurate quotes, without any hassles, have a huge competitive advantage,” states WeSuite President Tracy Larson. “QuoteAnywhere G2.0 does just that; it lets your sales people do what they do best — focus on selling.”
QuoteAnywhere G2.0 will be on display at ISC West at WeSuite’s booth (#33040) and available to customers in April. To see a short video about QuoteAnywhere and to learn more about WeSuite’s comprehensive sales management solutions, go here.
