Paxton Adds Duo to Growing U.S. Team
Kim Manson joins Paxton as its new vice president of business operations while Brian Bonser has been hired as director of customer support.
GREENVILLE, S.C. — Paxton Access, a global provider of electronic IP access control, video surveillance and video intercom systems, announces the addition of two members to it’s U.S. team.
Kim Manson joins Paxton as its new vice president of business operations. The role is new to the company. Manson’s primary objective will be to ensure that Paxton delivers on providing world class products and services to its U.S. customers and creating a world class working environment, according to the company.
Her direct areas of responsibility include U.S. factory operations, IT, facilities and human resources. Paxton says she will work across the business in collaboration with the management team to ensure the company is delivering an end-to-end world class experience for our customers and our employees.

She brings a great skill set which will help us develop our team across IT, our factory operations, administration and facilities to achieve even greater success for the future,” says Paxton Human Resources Director Nicola O’Donnell.
Brian Bonser has also joined the Paxton team as director of customer support. He comes to Paxton with a proven track record of building and developing customer support teams for over 20 years, according to the company. Most recently, he has held high level positions at a number of companies, including AIG, Samsung and Asurion.
Paxton says world class customer support is key to its long-term strategy and Bonser’s expertise in customer relationship management plays an integral part in that strategy as Paxton’s customer base continues to grow in the U.S.
