Stephen Hoska will succeed his father, Gerald Hoska, as CEO for Winsted Corp., as well as its U.S. subsidiary Technical Interiors and Winsted Ltd. in the United Kingdom.
Gerald will continue to serve as Winsted’s chairman of the board.
Stephen, previously Winsted’s vice president, has been with the company for more than 18 years.
Gerald joined Winsted when it was a small technical furniture manufacturer in 1967 and helped build the firm up into a global company.

Richardson Electronics Ltd. has appointed Arthur Buckland as president, COO and board member.
Once awarded with an “Entrepreneur of the Year” award by NASDAQ, Buckland was previously chairman, CEO and president of communications component-maker Clare Inc. and president of electronics distributor LEX Electronics.
He replaces Bruce Johnson, who is retiring after 10 years with the company and will continue as Richardson’s director and president emeritus.

Networked security solutions provider Pacom Systems has named Magnus Jonsson as its new CEO.
Jonsson’s 20-plus years of experience includes stints at ASSA ABLOY, GE Security, Sentrol and Aritech.

GE Security has promoted Dave Griffith to be its new vice president of sales and marketing for networked solutions.
Griffith has been with parent company GE for 20 years, most recently as the general manager of marketing for the firm’s Consumer and Industrial group.

J. Mark Nazarenus is the new vice president of sales for CCTV manufacturer Integral Technologies.
Nazarenus joined Integral in June 2005 after 24 years with integrator Best Access Systems.
