Bold Group Promotes Matthew Narowski to Serve as President
Narowski, who has led multiple key departments at the company, will succeed Rod Coles following his announced retirement.
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Bold Group, a global provider of business solutions for the security industry, announces the promotion of Vice President of Technology Matthew Narowski to president, effective immediately.
Narowski succeeds Rod Coles who announced his decision to retire.
“It has been an honor to lead Bold Group. I want to thank everyone who has helped me build this company into the industry leader that it is today. This is the right time for me personally, and for the company, to transition to the next generation of leadership,” says Coles.
He continues, “Matt’s vision, strategy and execution track record is exactly what Bold Group needs as we enter our next chapter, which I am confident will be even more impactful and exciting than our last. Matt has a dynamic vision for the growth and future of Bold Group.”
Since joining the company in 2005, Narowski has led multiple key departments, including technical development, implementation and support. In 2017, Narowski became the vice president of operations and later became vice president of technology upon Bold Group’s merger with Perennial Software.
Prior to joining the company, Narowski co-owned and operated a dealer central station in Canada.
“Bold Group has a tremendous opportunity to transform our industry with the acquisitions of Perennial Software, SIMS and SGS. I am focused on cultivating these products to meet the evolving needs of our clients and the challenges facing the security industry today,” Narowski says.
He continues, “In my fourteen years at Bold Group, I have focused on developing strong ties with our customers. Bold Group will continue to be a business built on a customer-first culture, helping companies protect people, safeguard assets, and ensure business continuity through our solutions.”
Narowski will discuss his vision for the company — including an announcement of a new line of managed security services — at the 2019 Bold Users Conference on the Queen Mary in Long Beach, Calif., July 30 through Aug. 1.
