In his new role, Scrivana will focus on maintaining high quality and consistency of services at each of the wholesale monitoring provider’s network of six UL-Listed central stations, according to the announcement.

“With sustained yearly double-digit growth for nearly a decade, it’s essential that we continue to pay very close attention to the fundamentals,” states Jim McMullen, president and COO of COPS Monitoring.  “We continue to prepare our management team to take our staff to 1,000 employees and beyond.”

McMullen continues, “Eric will be providing focused support to our front line management team at each of our locations and will further refine our ability to develop and deploy new services and features while ensuring service excellence and efficient communication amongst all management and team members.”

Scrivana brings to his new role 20 years of operations experience with COPS. He previously held several key positions, including advanced dispatcher, shift manager and senior shift manager of COPS’ dedicated PERS and MPERS services.

Scrivana has an extensive background in training, and provided instrumental onsite support during and after the launch of the company’s UL-Listed monitoring locations in Texas and Maryland.

“I am very excited to work more closely with management at each of our locations,” says Scrivana. “I look forward to leveraging my rich history with COPS to keep moving the skills of our management staff forward to the benefit of our company, staff, dealers, and their customers.”
