Longtime TD SYNNEX Executive Sandi Stambaugh Announces Leadership Transition

Stambaugh moves from senior vice president of vendor business management to senior VP of sales operations and customer experience.

FREMONT, Calif. — Sandi Stambaugh of TD SYNNEX today announced in a letter to vendor partners and friends that she has a new role within the organization, moving from senior vice president of vendor business management to senior VP of sales operations and customer experience.

In her letter, Stambaugh wrote that her new role lies within TD SYNNEX’s U.S. Sales organization.

“I will lead our efforts to drive best-in-class sales support and service, while delivering industry-leading coworker and customer experience,” she wrote.

TD SYNNEX will keep its current Visual Solutions and UC team intact, Stambaugh confirmed in her letter. That includes Rob Powell, Jenn Ryerson, Casey Gary and their respective teams leading vendor management and business development. Meanwhile, Tommy Plumer, Graham Kelly and Ben Gary will continue to lead the organization’s AV and UC Sales teams, she wrote.

“Executive leadership of the vendor management team that I support today will transition to George Lutkitz, senior vice president, vendor management, and Desiree Cruz, vice president, vendor management,” wrote Stambaugh.

Both of these individuals, she wrote, are longtime members of the TD SYNNEX vendor management team. Moreover, she attested to their expertise, passion and commitment to continuing strong partnerships and support for vendor partners.

As trade show season commences with CES, NRF and ISE in the coming few months, industry stakeholders will begin seeing this team increasingly involved.

Meanwhile, Stambaugh, a well-known industry fixture, affirmed that she’s in it for the long haul.

“I am not going anywhere,” she wrote. “This business is important to me and to TD SYNNEX. To ensure a seamless transition, I will remain actively involved, supporting our partners and our internal teams during this period.”

Stambaugh closed her letter with a note of strong optimism about TD SYNNEX and the company’s future. “I look forward to seeing the continued momentum we’ll achieve together with this new structure and increased focus on driving the best possible customer experience,” she enthused.
