Per Mar Acquires Pair of Security Companies From Iverify
The acquired companies are Barone Security Solutions of Ralston, Neb., and Polk Burnett Security Systems (PBSS) of Frederic, Wisc.
Established in 1953, Per Mar Security Services is the largest, family-owned, full-service security company in the Midwest.
DAVENPORT, Iowa — Per Mar Security Services has acquired two security companies from from Iverify, expanding its presence in Nebraska and Wisconsin.
The acquired companies are Barone Security Solutions of Ralston, Neb., and Polk Burnett Security Systems (PBSS) of Frederic, Wisc. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Employees from Barone Security and PBSS will be joining Per Mar, according to an announcement. The PBSS business will fold in to Per Mar’s existing Duluth, Minn., and Eau Claire, Wisc., operations. Barone Security, which has provided security services to Omaha and the surrounding area since 1951, represents a new service location for Per Mar.
“This is a perfect fit,” states Brian Duffy, COO of Per Mar Security Services. “Per Mar’s focus is operating branch offices to service customers across the Midwest, while Iverify has continually grown their national accounts business. Iverify is a full-service security company providing life safety, loss prevention, cyber breach reduction, and brand protection services.
