ESA Opens Registration for Electronic Security Expo (ESX) 2025 in Atlanta in June
Early-bird rates are available for ESX 2025 June 16-19 in Atlanta, described as the recurring revenue educational event of the year.

DALLAS – The Electronic Security Association (ESA) today announced that registration is now open for its 2025 Electronic Security Expo (ESX).
This trade show and educational conference, known to dealers and integrators as the RMR educational event of the year, is “designed by and for electronic security and life safety integrators and dealers.” ESX 2025 is scheduled for June 16-19 at the Cobb Galleria Centre in Atlanta.
ESX is “an ideal forum for security professionals to learn about the latest technology, acquire proven business strategies and new insights based on best practices and interact with peers to grow a trusted network,” according to the ESA announcement.
Prospective attendees can take advantage of early-bird registration rates until Friday, April 18, 2025.
ESA describes ESX as “an exclusive opportunity for security professionals to leverage powerful educational sessions,” noting the annual event “delivers many team-centric benefits.”
Companies that register five or more people for ESX 2025 will get a 10 percent discount, while organizations that sign up 10 or more people will get a 20 percent registration discount.
“ESX 2025 promises to continue the tradition of offering attendees the very best of educational offerings, innovation and extensive networking opportunities,” says ESX chairman George De Marco in the ESA announcement.
“We’re pleased to announce that early bird registration is now open and look forward to welcoming security professionals eager to stay on top of the latest technologies, best practices, and trends shaping the ever-evolving security industry,” he says.
What to Expect at ESX 2025
ESX 2025’s show floor is “designed to facilitate one-on-one interactions and quality dialogues that provide attendees with valuable information they can harness to grow their businesses and RMR,” the ESA announcement says.
Expo booth spaces and sponsorship opportunities are still available but limited, according to the announcement.
ESX 2025 networking events include the opening celebration, pub crawl and Weinstock Person of the Year gathering, while dealers, integrators and monitoring professionals with Deluxe or Executive Pass can also take part in more than 30 educational sessions led by peers and industry thought leaders.
