How ADT Commercial Won the 2022 SAMMY Award for Best Content Marketing

ADT Commercial compiled several tools and thought-leading materials to create the COVID-19 Relief Funding for K-12 Schools white paper.

When COVID-19 hit, K-12 schools nationwide went into full-on scramble mode. Not only was technology needed so remote learning could be effectively conducted, little to no procedures and equipment were in place to enable schools to handle students physically back in class while maintaining social distancing requirements.

The schools needed help; they needed funds. Recognizing the situation, ADT Commercial compiled several tools and thought-leading materials to create the COVID-19 Relief Funding for K-12 Schools white paper.

The goal of these efforts is to communicate to its customers how to gain access to the nearly $300 billion in federal funding dollars and apply them for enhanced security measures that respond to needs created by the pandemic.

“As the COVID-19 global health crisis continues posing fluctuating challenges to the world, ADT Commercial recognized the importance of assisting our K-12 customers looking to reopen their doors to students and faculty safely by providing resources on the nearly $200 billion in federal relief funds available to help educational facilities across the country return to in-person learning,” says Mallory Pernai, senior marketing manager at ADT.

“The novel challenges and risks of the pandemic have become increasingly difficult for customers to navigate. By providing our customers with expert counsel in public safety, security, and usage of these federal funding dollars in a purposeful and direct manner, ADT Commercial adhered to our Guiding Principles and exemplified that we are here to be their One Ideal Partner every step of the way. The paper provided an unbiased, broad-ranging, and high-level analysis of the potential solutions schools and educational enterprises can consider as the COVID-19 pandemic continues,” she notes.
