Guardian Alarm Partners With Chip Ganassi Racing for NASCAR, IndyCar Races

Guardian branding will be placed on the No. 9 PNC Bank Honda driven by Scott Dixon and on Kurt Busch’s No. 1 Monster Energy Chevrolet Camaro ZL1.

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. — Guardian Alarm, based here, is fast-tracking its marketing and branding endeavors with the signing of a business partnership with Chip Ganassi Racing.

Announced Wednesday, the arrangement calls for Guardian Alarm branding to be placed on the No. 9 PNC Bank Honda of five-time NTT IndyCar Series champion Scott Dixon, who has the most wins of any active NTT IndyCar Series driver. Guardian branding will also be seen on the No. 1 Monster Energy Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 of former Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series champion Kurt Busch.

Guardian Alarm is sponsoring the team at multiple IndyCar and NASCAR races and will launch the partnership June 1 at the Detroit Grand Prix at Belle Isle in Detroit.

Chip Ganassi has been a fixture in the auto racing industry for more than three decades and is considered one of the most successful as well as innovative owners the sport has in the world. Today his teams include two cars in the NTT IndyCar Series, two cars in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, two factory Ford GT’s in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, and two factory Ford GT’s in the FIA World Endurance Championship.
