Sciens Building Solutions Buys California-Based Time and Alarm Systems

The addition of Time and Alarm Systems to the Sciens platform spreads the company’s coverage across all of California and brings decades-long school district relationships.

SAN FRANCISCO — Sciens Building Solutions announces it has acquired Mira Loma, Calif.-based Time and Alarm Systems to its family of fire-life safety & security companies.

With already-established locations in the San Francisco area, TAS increases Sciens’ presence in the state of California, allowing it to cover north and south portions of the state, according to the company.

This partnership is also said to allow TAS to offer its customers more resources and expertise, while leveraging Sciens North American growth.
