SES CEO Tony Byerly Featured on SSI Business Leadership Webinar

In this free webcast, SSI Industry Hall of Famer Tony Byerly will discuss M&A integration best practices and strategies.

FRAMINGHAM, Mass. — The final installment of the yearlong SSI Business Leadership Webcast Series will feature Tony Byerly, who serves as president & CEO of Securitas Electronic Security (SES).

On Nov. 29 (2 p.m. EDT), Byerly’s presentation will highlight acquisition integration best practices and strategies that are geared toward driving a successful integration post-acquisition. He will share insights learned through his extensive M&A experience to help companies prepare, plan and execute a successful M&A integration.

Moderated by SSI Senior Editor Rodney Bosch, the presentation will cover key topics that are vital to the planning, governance and execution of the integration process. Areas of interest to be discussed include:
