Video surveillance software company Vidient Systems has added Sergio Magistri to its board of directors.
Magistri was previously the president and CEO of InVision Technologies Inc.

Exton, Pa., integrator The Protection Bureau has named Andrew Pearson as fire/life-safety and security consultant.
Pearson has a 23-year career in the security industry working for such firms as Johnson Controls, ADT Security Services and Autocall (now SimplexGrinnell).

Gary Siegel has joined manufacturer Middle Atlantic Products as its regional sales manager for the Southern region.
Siegel previously held several positions at Anixter.

Video surveillance software management developer BroadWare Technologies Inc. has added Dennis Charlebois as its vice president of marketing.
Most recently with systems integrator Yamas Inc., Charlebois has also held positions at Pittway Corp. and Johnson Controls.

Joe Walston is the new Southeast sales manager and Brian Arenofsky has been named sales manager for the Northeast for manufacturer Continental Instruments Inc.

Access control applications maker Brivo Systems has hired Bob Mounter as its sales manager for the South Central region.
