WeSuite at ISC West 2022: Leverage Technology to Automate Business Processes

WeSuite will demonstrate how its software platform creates efficiencies and accuracy in sales that lead to higher profitability and more.

ISC West 2022 will be held March 22-25 at the Venetian Expo in Las Vegas. Ahead of this year’s show, SSI heard from WeSuite Founder and President Tracy Larson about what the company will be showcasing at ISC West, its value proposition and more.

What is a leading product or offering your company is showing off at ISCW this year, and what makes it unique or special?

Every security business is looking for ways to leverage technology to better automate their business processes, to squeeze out more efficiency from existing resources. WeSuite is all about creating efficiencies and accuracy in sales that lead to higher profitability and smooth project and service delivery in operations. With this idea in mind WeSuite will highlight a few new integrations we are releasing:

The first is with ADI. WeSuite has integrated with ADI to enable live price checking from within sales estimates in our WeEstimate product. This is exciting because integrators can create their estimate bill of materials and, with a single click, get latest pricing for parts from ADI!  Knowing that the part costs are up to date is a huge plus in the current pricing and supply chain environment.  We have also included notification of special discounts being offered by ADI along with the applicable time frame of the offers.

Another of our parts management integration partners, Black Leaf Solutions will be on the floor nearby WeSuite. Black Leaf Connect is integrated with WeEstimate and typically sits between sales and purchasing, so that both are selling and buying the right parts at the right pricing.

Our integration with DealerAlly brings turn-key consumer financing options into QuoteAnywhere and the Site Survey, allowing dealers to offer customers conversion of upfront system purchase costs into affordable monthly payments. Customers move forward more easily, dealers are paid immediately alleviating cashflow concerns, and the team closes more sales.

We also will be showcasing other popular integrations that are highly-valued by our clients.

Our long-time partnership with PSA includes an integration designed to support its members. From within WeSuite PSA members are able to search and select PSA parts at their member discount.

WeSuite’s integration with DocuSign and eOriginal makes it possible to get sales signed on-the-spot!  This is a great way to close more quickly and increase sales volume. WeSuite auto-fills proposal and contract documents with appropriate sales information saving salespeople and their customers tons of time and makes closing sales faster and easier.

These are just some of the integrations that WeSuite offers to automate sales processes, increase profitability and growth, and decrease risk, connecting the sales to operations process seamlessly.

Any other products or offerings would you like to highlight?

We’ll answer this question with a question. What sales lead-to-estimate solution is better than WeSuite alone? An integrated sales-to-booking-to-delivery and support solution – one that combines WeSuite’s best in breed sales software with the leading accounting ERP business platforms favored by security integrators!

WeSuite is expert at creating custom and “out of the box” integrations. Accounting and ERP integration enables WeSuite to combine forces to create the power of a true enterprise level system for any size dealer or integrator.  WeSuite seamlessly reads existing data like, customer, contact, and parts information, for lead and estimate creation and when sales are “won” automates the full complement of sales information for automated job creation in the accounting and delivery software.

Our latest “out of the box” integration is with FieldHub.  WeSuite handles the lead to booking process with direct integration to FieldHub existing data, and passes sales date to FieldHub for workorder creation and delivery.

WeSuite has created integration with leading accounting platforms that serve the security industry. Combined, we offer a comprehensive solution that caters to the unique business challenges faced by integrators. At ISC West, WeSuite will highlight our many value-added integrations that enhance performance and profitability for our clients, while delivering a superior sales experience to our clients’ customers.

What else is new or noteworthy about the company for 2022?

WeSuite is introducing a new technology platform for QuoteAnywhere and the Site Survey that uses an adaptive design to optimize the user experience, regardless of what device they’re using. The new interface is even easier to navigate and allows users to perform all sales functions with intuitive, connected workflows. WeSuite’s REST API connects the new platform to WeEstimate and simplifies integrations between QuoteAnywhere and other third-party applications. When released in Q3, QuoteAnywhere and the Site Survey users will automatically have access to the new interface when they log into their system!

What is your company’s overall value proposition to security dealers/integrators? Why should they do business with you?

WeSuite is a complete, contact-to-contract software solution that has been designed specifically for the security industry by former system integration executives and sales leaders. It provides sales teams with everything they need in one centralized platform, eliminating the inefficiencies, blind spots, and communication obstacles that prevent security integrators, alarm companies, and managed services providers from growing their sales. WeSuite software supports enterprise, mid-size and small companies and all levels of the organization – salespeople, administrators, and management – giving each the tools they need to work smarter, faster, and better in their sales process.

What do you see as some of the top opportunities in the marketplace right now?

Supply chain issues are forcing systems integrators to constantly update their parts, labor, and chargeable items offerings, costs, and pricing.  Many also need to automate proposal and contract language changes in support of higher costs and delayed receipt of product. At the same time, customers still expect quotes to be turned around as quickly as possible.  Without the right sales software in place – to ensure quotes are accurate and profitable – that’s impossible to do.

Also, software like WeSuite is critical in supporting the hybrid workplace that is likely to persist beyond the pandemic. When workers in the field have access to all the same resources as those in the office, workflows are automated to keep opportunities moving through the system, and a centralized database ensures communication channels remain fluid, companies can succeed regardless of their employees’ locations.

Anything else you would like to add?

If you are wondering why it is hard to grow, or how you can remove costly manual processes that create gaps in your organization, start to think about the invisible check you are writing every month to support this way of operating. Companies that have switched to WeSuite quickly realize how much money they were previously leaving on the table and how quickly they close stressful gaps that affect their team members.

We know that changing to a sales software solution is a big decision and may seem like an overwhelming proposition, but it’s worth considering. Our clients find that getting up and running may be daunting, but is made much easier with our dedicated help and support. Please stop by booth 24113 at ISC West. We’ll show you how our software works and discuss the specific ways it can help grow your sales strong.
