Pye-Barker has acquired 17 companies in 2022 so far. Justice Fire & Safety specializes in the service, sale and installation of fire extinguishers, fire alarms, fire suppression systems, emergency lighting and more.
ComTronix provides integrated security and life-safety systems, including fire and intrusion alarms, 24/7 fire and security alarm monitoring, access control, intrusion detection, video, and more.
Pye-Barker’s latest acquisition includes both Survivor Fire & Safety Equipment and sister company Total Fire & Safety Equipment.
Pye-Barker says the acquisition makes it one of the largest fire and safety companies in the Northeast.
The acquisition is said to further strengthen Pye-Barker’s footprint in Birmingham, Ala. and the surrounding areas.
The purchase of ISG will help Pye-Barker expand its Northeast footprint to serve additional customers within the Connecticut and surrounding markets.
The deal is said to enable Pye-Barker to expand its reach in the state from New York City to Long Island and Westchester.
Complete Security Systems specializes in customized security solutions, including intrusion alarms, fire alarms, CCTV and access control for commercial and residential customers.
The acquisition is said to further strengthen Pye-Barker’s presence in Jacksonville and the surrounding markets of northeast Florida and southeast Georgia.
