ASSA ABLOY Forms New Entity With Its Companies
ASSA ABLOY AB has formed the Identification Technology Group (ITG) to formerly establish a business entity made up of separate companies under the ASSA ABLOY Group. The companies are: HID Corp. in Irvine, Calif.; HID Corp. Ltd. of Haverhill, England; Card Manufacturing Center of Excellence in North Haven, Conn.; Identification Technology Group Asia Pacific Ltd. in Hong Kong; Identification Technology Group Research and Development Center in Denver; and Indala in San Jose, Calif.
These individual businesses provide development, sales and distribution of electronic ID technology and components for the access control and smart card industries.
