DSC Launches New Customer Service Initiatives
Digital Security Controls Ltd. (DSC) has launched a dedicated toll-free line (800-437-2227) to better serve the needs of the company’s customers. Customers can also E-mail DSC President Steve Darr on the DSC Web site (www.dsc.com). Additionally, the company has created a new position of manager of customer satisfaction, who will address customer-driven issues. The company says the new program will enable officials to respond to customers within 24 hours.
