Ensure Technologies, Golden State Intl. Form Strategic Technology Partnership
Ensure Technologies, a developer of intelligent PC security solutions based in Ann Arbor, Mich., and Golden State Intl. (GSI), a manufacturer of licensed and private label watch collections located in Oakland, Calif., announce a strategic technology partnership. Ensure and GSI will co-develop a line of wristwatches that incorporate Ensure’s patented wireless PC security technology with GSI’s Ologi(tm) brand of next-generation technology-based wristwatches. Under the terms of the agreement, GSI license Ensure’s XyLoc(tm) wireless security and personalization technology to extend the functionality of its Ologi multifunction watches.
