GE Interlogix Finalizes InfoGraphics Buyout

PLAINVILLE, Conn. – GE Industrial Systems has finalized the buyout of access control provider InfoGraphic Systems. The company’s products will now become part of GE Interlogix.

InfoGraphics’ product portfolio includes electronic access control, alarm monitoring, facilities control, photo badging and video imaging offerings.

“Last year, InfoGraphics grew 27 percent in a market that has been growing at about 10 percent to 12 percent,” says Ken Boyda, president and CEO of GE Interlogix. “Where GE Interlogix Security and Lifesafety Group has historically been strong with the dealer, distribution and residential national account channels, InfoGraphics has a loyal core of large commercial national accounts and long-time strength in the government sector.”
