Honeywell Recalls Dome Cameras
WASHINGTON – A dome security camera manufactured by a British company called Video Controls Ltd. of Cheshire, U.K., imported and sold in the United States by Honeywell Video Systems, is being recalled. The recall affects 689 units of the ADEMCO Rapid/Dome security cameras sold between Jan. 1, 2002 and October 2003.
The camera’s plastic mounting assembly can crack, which may allow the dome and camera to fall from the ceiling.
The recall involves serial numbers within the ranges of G01 to G12, and H01 to H08.
