NBFAA Offers Voluntary Health Insurance Program
SILVER SPRING, Md. – The National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association (NBFAA) announces the availability of voluntary employee benefit programs for NBFAA member companies. These programs, known as HealthInsure Answers, require no employer contribution and can be purchased on an individual basis. They also include prescription drug coverage, major medical, and medical reimbursement plans. Vision, dental and chiropractic care discount plans are also available, and additional options are being added as they become available.
“NBFAA is excited to be able to offer these high demand programs to our member businesses,” says NBFAA Executive Director Merlin Guilbeau. “Our membership is comprised of many small employers nationwide who often do not provide employee benefit plans or who have extended waiting periods to participate in employee benefit programs. The HealthInsure Answers program from NBFAA allows employees to select coverage to meet their and their families’ specific needs.”

NBFAA worked closely with Marsh Advantage America to develop and implement the HealthInsure Answers program, evaluating the association’s membership and benefit needs. “The product portfolio that has been developed provides a great opportunity for employees of NBFAA member companies who have little or no health insurance coverage to fill the gaps with affordable, quality products,” says Mark Neupert of Marsh Advantage America.
