Leviton Expands Its Training Program
Leviton Manufacturing Co. of Little Neck, N.Y., is expanding its Installer Certification Program. The additions include new courses on home networking and audio distribution standards.
The program enables its students to receive accreditation for the coursework from leading training and certification organizations, including the National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association (NBFAA).
Chamberlain Celebrates Its Dealers
Contractors were doing anything but wasting away at Chamberlain Professional Products’ annual dealer hospitality “Margaritaville Bash” party, and two dealers came away as winners.
Out of 250 entries, Desiree Meagher of Controlled Products in Ocoee, Fla., and Loren Tomlinson of Seattle’s Gates and Controls won the top two prizes. Meagher won a Weber® Q™ Portable Tailgate Grill package, while Tomlinson went home with a Canon® Powershot™ Digital Camera.
