@Security Broadband Completes Alpha Trial
@Security Broadband Corp. has completed the Alpha trial of its home security and communications systems. The three primary objectives of the Alpha trial were to test the validity and reliability of the system, test the upstream demands placed on the cable infrastructure, and measure users’ experience with the new technology. Company officials report that scheduled alarm events had a 100-percent reliability rate for the transmission of video information across the network to @Security’s monitoring station.
