VALPARAISO, Ind. — Allegiant Fire Protection recently opened a second location, this time at 3505 Redbow Drive, Suite A, in Valparaiso, Ind.
Members of the Valparaiso and Crossroads Chambers and individual business owners chatted and congratulated Allegiant Fire Protection President Mike Carli and Allegiant Vice President Jill Nottke as they learned more about the company and its services while enjoying some barbecued offerings at the company’s recent grand opening celebration.
As part of the official welcome, the Valparaiso Chamber held a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Robert Lane, CEO of Endeavor Fire Protection, which Allegiant is a subsidiary company, also attended the event.
Founded in 2018 in Aurora, Ill., the company offers expert technicians and support staff who specialize in fire protection system inspections and maintenance, as well as fire alarm system design, installation, service and repair, and 24/7 monitoring for its industrial, commercial, and residential clients.
More About Allegiant’s New Valparaiso Location
Allegiant’s new Valparaiso site, which will offer the same services as the company’s Illinois location, is home to a 5,000-square-foot space and a neighbor to the Porter County Regional Airport.
“We are very excited as we plant our flag in Valparaiso with our satellite office,” said Carli in the company announcement. “We have been in the community for several years as our technicians have worked with northwest Indiana clients but we never had a home here.
“Those technicians always reported back to our Aurora office. We will now have a home base here for them and future employees as we look to grow our Valparaiso team,” he said.
Valparaiso Chamber Vice President of Sales and Marketing Brie Zacharias is glad to see Allegiant be ready for business in the city.
“We welcome every new business to Valpo, and we want them to succeed and grow,” she said. “New businesses enhance our community tremendously.”
Jackie Primos, a Merrillville, Ind.-based entrepreneur who operates Wellness & Retreats Inc. and a Crossroads Chamber member, was happy to support a new company joining the Valparaiso economic landscape.
“I love that Allegiant is in the Valparaiso community and that it is regional,” she said in the announcement. “I’m always looking for businesses that give quality service. It just happens that it’s time for me to change my fire extinguishers.
“As I was speaking with them, they care just as much about their customers as I do about mine. It’s about relationship building, and that’s why Allegiant is so successful and able to open this second location,” she said.
