Alula will show its new hybrid Connect-XiP security panel at the upcoming ISC West 2023 show, which takes place in Las Vegas on March 29-31 in booth #26109.

ST PAUL, Minn.—Alula, a developer of smart security and system communications for residential and commercial applications, is set to demonstrate its new hybrid alarm panel: the Connect-XiP.

The Midwest-based company will show its latest product at ISC West 2023 which takes place on March 28-31 in Las Vegas in booth #26109.

“We are excited to showcase Connect-XiP, Alula’s first wired solution, at ISC West,” says Dave Mayne, chief revenue officer at Alula.

“Alarm dealers and system integrators have come to recognize and trust our wireless products and for years have asked us to build a wired solution. We are confident this powerful new system will meet their needs and will carry forward the core tenants of Alula – flexibility, innovation and cost-savings for professional security providers.”

Connect-XiP Bridges Connectivity to Provide System Flexibility

Alula explains the Connect-XiP panel brings together the worlds of wireless and wired security to provide dealers a versatile, smart commercial security solution. The company boasts that in addition to the new panel’s point-to-point device communications technology and interactive services, the new product incorporates a unique programmable power distribution model, multi-battery support, native dual-path communications, dual wireless sensor protocol reception, and a host of other game-changing features. The Connect-XiP system expressly carries forward the technologically advanced, dealer-focused values that have become synonymous with Alula’s Connect family of products the company emphasizes.

Some of the other features the Connect-XiP also offers include up to 250 wired/wireless zones, built-in dual SIM cellular, up to one thousand users, eight partitions and support for up to eight Wi-Fi or bus connected 7-inch, low-profile touchpads with an onboard wired zone input.

“With this versatile new platform, Alula will deliver an ideal solution for both residential and commercial applications. This is a great demonstration of the importance we place on listening to our customers, understanding the market and delivering an innovative, market-focused solution,” comments Mayne.

Two models of the Connect-XiP are planned for market release. As with other Connect products, BAT-Connect and Connect+, it will also work with the Aula Security App and the Alula Video Platform. Connect-XiP will be certified to UL and ULC 1023, 985 and 2610 standards to ensure dealers and integrators can meet all installation requirements.

Connect-XiP is set for a limited release to select Alula partners in 2023, with a broad market launch in early 2024.
