Smart Interactive Systems has hired Bill Elliott as senior vice president for business development. Since October 1986, Elliott had been chairman of the board for Bill Elliott Investigations Inc.
The ASSA ABLOY Identification Technology Group (ITG) has promoted David Sullivan to vice president of business development for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Sullivan was previously vice president of worldwide sales and marketing for Indala, one of several business units supported by ITG.
