New Acquisitions Bolster Infrastruct Security’s Expertise
Infrastruct Security Inc., a security consulting firm and provider of security solutions, has purchased Monarch Security and Kimmons Security Service’s systems and service account base.
Infrastruct has acquired all of Monarch’s fixed assets, as well as monitored and serviced customer accounts, installation backlog and inventory.
All Monarch employees have been reassigned to Infrastruct.
