NEW YORK CITY – Israel-based ThetaRay, a provider of Big Data analytics solutions for unknown threat and risk detection, announces the opening of its first U.S. office, located here. Kris Robinson, a 30-year tech industry veteran, is joining the company as executive vice president, Americas, to help grow and support the company’s customer base.
“I have worked with analytics across a wide spectrum of technologies, and am impressed by ThetaRay’s method of harnessing Big Data to protect financial institutions and critical infrastructure from unknown threats,” says Robinson. “I look forward to helping the company expand its presence and customer base in the U.S. The application of ThetaRay’s anomaly-based solutions also presents an exciting new way to identify and optimize new opportunities across a range of industries.”
