IDC to Provide GPS Monitoring Services to Aercomtec Systems
MINNEAPOLIS
The International Dispatch Center (IDC) has executed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with AerComTec Int’l Inc. of Aiken, S.C., to provide global positioning system (GPS) and location-based monitoring services to AerComTec’s AerTrax Systems, which serve customers in all 50 states, Canada and Mexico. IDC’s operators are now available to assist AerTrax Systems customers 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
As a result, AerComTec can now offer enhanced features, such as hands-free, two-way voice response, to some alarms. IDC’s monitoring services will enhance AerCom’s ability to aid in the recovery of stolen vehicles and cargo as well.
