simPRO at ISC West Virtual 2020

simPRO is a Cloud-based platform with features for job management, inventory tracking, estimating, scheduling, billing, reporting and other tools to streamline the security business workflow.

ISC West will be going completely virtual this year for the first time ever Oct. 5-7.

Ahead of this year’s virtual show, SSI spoke with simPRO Director of Marketing Karla Fleege to find out what the company will be showcasing at ISC West.

What is the top product or offering your company is showing off at ISCW this year, and what makes it unique or special?

We are excited to showcase simPRO — a leading field service management software solution used by more than 150,000 professionals. simPRO is a Cloud-based platform with features for service, project and maintenance management. What other products or offerings would you like to highlight, and what are some of their unique qualities?

We also have a mobile app, simPRO Mobile, which helps security integrators record job details, offer add-on pricing, and better communicate with office staff while on site. What else is new or noteworthy about the company for 2020?

What is your company’s overall value proposition to installing security dealers/integrators? Why should they do business with you?
