The Maxim by Altronix Corp. of Brooklyn, N.Y., is designed to offer strong performance and flexibility when installing access control systems and electric locks. It is a power controller system that uses an integrated approach to routing power in large facilities, such as industrial and commercial complexes.
Maxim interfaces with access control panels, powering a variety of accessories and locking devices. The system features 16 independently triggered outputs while delivering 12VDC and/or 24VDC at up to 20A of power. Each output uses a built-in selectable latching or nonlatching fire alarm interface to comply with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) fire alarm codes.
