Advanced Biometrics Inc. (ABI) and Electronic Identification Inc. have agreed to a share exchange and recommended it for shareholder approval. At press time, the transaction was estimated to close this month.
ABI CEO James Katzaroff says the agreement will enable both companies to deliver biometrics to markets that require high-end solutions.
