2 New Acquisitions Increase Infrastruct Security’s Expertise, Sales
HOUSTON
Infrastruct Security Inc., a security consulting firm and provider of security solutions, announces its acquisition of Monarch Security and Kimmons Security Service’s systems and service account base.
Infrastruct has acquired all of Monarch’s fixed assets, as well as monitored and serviced customer accounts, installation backlog and inventory. All Monarch employees have been reassigned to Infrastruct.
Kimmons Security Services will transfer oversight of all service calls, monitoring, new installations and account receivables to Infrastruct Security. Only some employees from Kimmons will be transferred to Infrastruct to work in sales support and facilitating account transition. The former Kimmons employees, however, will work primarily on providing investigative and countermeasure services, including corporate investigations, civil litigation support and asset recovery.
According to Infrastruct President and CEO Dan Weiss, the two business transactions will result in annual sales in the $10 million range, with 2007 sales expected to reach $15 million and revenue from monthly recurring services coming close to $75,000.
