LAS VEGAS — This year’s inductees into the SSI Hall of Fame were honored as part of the 10th Annual SAMMY Awards at the Venetian Hotel Resort on April 5.
On hand were all of this year’s second-ever class of Hall of Fame honorees: Barnes Associates Inc. President Michael Barnes; PSA Security Network President and CEO Bill Bozeman; Honeywell Security Monitoring (HSM) Chairman and CEO Jim Covert; Altronix Corp. President and CEO Alan Forman; Consultant Sandra Jones; and Security Industry Alarm Coalition (SIAC) Director Stan Martin. (Read the March 2005 issue for more on this year’s hall of fame class.)
Jones, principal of Sandra Jones & Co., says the Hall of Fame and the SAMMY Awards combined bring light to the importance of the industry promoting itself.
